| In all, the villa has three fully equipped kitchens featuring Miele appliances, limestone counter tops, and handmade Cuban tile and original Dade County pine floors. There is a large gas barbeque in the outdoor cooking area as well. |
| We required $500 refundable security deposit. Required 12% tax and $120 housekeeping fee. For rentals less than a week the cost will be for minimum three nights plus tax. The pool heat will be free (up to 83 degrees), and will work as long as the outside temperature is over 55 degrees. Rates might increase, but will not affect guests who already secured a reservation. |
