Little Gasparilla Island is part of a group of barrier islands off the southern Gulf Coast of Florida between Fort Myers and Sarasota. Little Gasparilla Island is only accessible by boat, and has no bridges, highways or cars. If you are looking for a place to go swimming, fishing, shelling, crabbing, snorkeling, diving or birdwatching without crowds, stores or fast food restaurants, then Little Gasparilla Island is for you. This is the closest you will come to feeling like you are a castaway on a remote island paradise.
You’ll want to load up on groceries, books, music, sunscreen and other essentials in Englewood before catching the free 7 min. ferry to Little Gasparilla Island. Our condo is a beautiful 1 bedroom with captain's loft and complete kitchen. The unit is beautifully decorated with murals and an island feel. Peek-a-boo view of ocean. Visitors can bring their own boats, or rentals are available on the island.
