Ten minutes from downtown. Sports and world-class sailing, scuba-diving, wreck diving, deep sea fishing, golf and tennis. Key Biscayne is home to an historic lighthouse, fabulous vacation resorts, houses and condominiums.
There are trails off the beaten path for nature lovers and eco-tourists; and more accessible paths for joggers, bikers and in-line skaters. There are picnic areas, casual outdoor dining and fine restaurants.

Drive 15 minutes to famous Art Deco District or Coconut Grove with its fabulous marina on Biscayne bay across from your temporary home.

The home I offer is my home that I use when you are not renting it - most of the year! It is small, warm and has all you may need for a relaxed stay in your home away from home.

A 50% deposit guarantees your stay . If you are unable to keep the dates booked please call or email 20 days in advance and your deposit will be refunded.
10% of your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 20 days of your vacation to cover some of our costs.
As we do not like to charge penalties please try to avoid cancellations.
If you are a returning tenant we may only require a deposit 30 days in advance.
If travelling last minute do not hesitate to contact us as we may have last minute accomodations!
Payment: 50% is due prior to arrival. Wire transfers or overnight US personal checks.
We are not responsible for Acts of God including hurricanes or bad weather. If an Act of God occurs or bad weather forces a cancellation of your trip, you may rebook for another stay during the next 12 months.
Trip Insurance: We strongly suggest you purchase trip insurance to cover any unexpected events which may interrupt or cancel your trip.
www.insuremytrip.com or www.travelguard.com. Health travel insurance is also strongly recommended.

$500.00 refundable security deposit to cover any damages . Make sure you check the inventory upon entering the unit.
$50.00 clean-up fee.
If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to rental , the full deposit will be returned. If it occurs after or within 30 days before rental date a 50% rain check amount will be credited to the next rental and the other 50% returned to you in full. Your satisfaction is my aim. |
Parking space assigned must be used (#33 only) and extra guest parking is allowed for a maximum of ten days.
Pool area must be kept clean and garbage disposed properly in assigned areas.
No pets allowed in unit.

After five months a condo fee may be required.
Daily rates are $100.00 to $150.00 for low or high season.

There is a high season in Key Biscayne and prices vary accordingly. The high season starts in December through March included. The rest of the year has recently become of interest to people doing business or attending international conferences.
