Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa has lovely open views from the rear over a lake and the Long Marsh Golf Course. It is only about 15 minutes drive from the Gulf Coast and its beaches, and you will be spoilt for choice for golf courses. Plenty of shopping and a wide choice of places to eat out nearby.
Completed in July 2000 the property is built to a high standard and has everything needed for a relaxing holiday by a couple or family. There is a large master bedroom with TV, an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. The fully equpped kitchen has a dishwasher and separate laundry. Outside is a generous 30 foot swimming pool and spacious sun deck with sun beds. Inside is a dining area for 6, or you can each outside where there is a gas barbecue. |
Plenty of golf courses locally - our house backs on to the Long Marsh Golf Course.
Several beaches within 15 minutes drive.
Boating and other water sports available locally.
Good choice of eating out.
Plenty of supermarkets and other shops within easy reach. |

High season (16 Dec - 5 Jan and 1 Feb - 30 April) - £545 per week
Mid season (6 - 31 Jan and 15 July - 31 August) - £495 per week
Low seas (all other dates) - £445 per week
Bookings for a whole calendar month are charged at 3.6 x the weekly rate.
Bookings that cover more than one rental rate will be apportioned.
£150 deposit required with booking.
Rates include sales tax and cleaning.
Rental payable either to owner 6 weeks before departure, or in US$ on arrival, to my agent (if using credit cards, 3% charge payable).
