Located between Sarasota and Venice this south Sarasota location has easy access to the beaches, interstate, and all local attractions.
Often referred as a magical oasis, this wonderful vacation home has a "Key-West," flair. The Bayview Tree House is exceptionally clean and modern in decor. Across the street from the BayView Tree House is beautiful Dona Bay opening directly out to the Gulf of Mexico providing wonderful gulf breezes. This lovely tree house is located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood surounded by several million dollar homes.
Enjoy beautiful Florida sunsets and active beach time located less than two minutes away! Lifeguard are on duty and full concessions are open year-round. Don't worry about packing beach equipment.. the Bayview Tree House is fully equipped!
Each Wednesday and Saturday evening enjoy the local drum circle and participate in dancing around with the locals!
The "Bayview Tree House," offers total relaxation and yet sight seeing cruises, jet-skiiing, parasailing, and the tiki-hut bar (A great local hangout with live music on the weekends) are all within immediate walking distance.
If you are thinking about traveling with a pet, please request approval. There is a beautiful dog beach just a couple miles from the treehouse and a dog park too!

Just minutes from the historic downtown (Known as the Shark's Tooth Capital," of the World.
Venice offers a wide variety of theater, dining, and shopping on palm tree lined avenues in this city graced by Italian architecture and beautifully landscaped boulevards.
Some of the most beautiful golf courses are in the area.
Nearby attractions also include Mykakka River State Park, Busch Gardens, and Historic Spanish Point. Or you can take an excursion trip to Disney World, Sea World, or Epcot.
Within immediate walking distance of the BayView Tree House you will find casual waterfront dining, parasailing, jetski rentals, sunset sailing, charterfishing, and more.
Nokomis Beach (less than one mile away) offers miles and miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. There are life guards on duty, a fully operating concession stand, and pleasant clean public restrooms.
The North Jetty's is a haven for fisherman! You will catch fish!!! It is also a wonderful place to watch for dolphins and people watch!

Within 3 days of making reservations a deposit of 50% is requested to secure advance booking.
Deposit is applied to balance of rental. Balance is typically due 30 days prior to arrival.

In the event of cancellation, a 60 day notice is required to receive a full refund of deposit less a cancellation fee of $150.00 After 60 days deposits are non-refundable.
All refunds will cheerfully be made within 30 days of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, please notify owner as soon as possible for maximum opportunity to assist with cancellation. |
It is kindly requested that there is no smoking inside of this vacation home.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. onwards
Checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
If other arrangements are necessary please fee free to request. It is understood that flight arrangements can often conflict with arrival or departure times. Please keep in mind that in order to ensure enough time to properly prepare the BayView Tree House for the next incoming arrival not all requests can be met for later checkout times.
