When you stay with us, you're close to all the activities that Kauai has to offer, from the exciting water sports of Hanalei Bay to natural wonders like Waimea Canyon and the Fern Grotto. Hike the Na Pali trail or cruise along the coast's jagged shoreline. Visit Hanalei town and be transported back to a simpler, more relaxed Hawaii. All hotel guests receive complimentary use of our shuttle to select area attractions and a host of other amenities.

Security Deposit
In general, receipt of a Security Deposit of $300 - $1000 per one to two week* reservation is required within 10 days to confirm your reservation. The Security Deposit is separate from the rent and will be refunded by mail approximately 30-45 days following completion of your stay. The specified cleaning fee will be deducted from the Security Deposit, along with any charges for missing items, excessive cleaning/laundry, or damage that is beyond normal wear and tear.

Cancellations
Upon 90 days written notice we will refund the Security Deposit net of a $50 administration fee. If less than 90 days written notice is received, the entire Security Deposit will be forfeited. If less than 60 days written notice is received, the entire rent and excise tax will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property. |
Rental Fees
Receipt of full payment of the rental fees plus taxes is due by no later than 60 days prior to your check-in date. All rates quoted are subject to a 4.166% gross excise tax and 7.25% transient accommodation tax. In general, there is a five-night minimum stay. Exceptions may be made if there is an existing window of availability. There is a slight premium on the nightly rate when the stay is for less than a full week. On stays of longer than a week, extra nights are pro-rated at the weekly rate.
Credit Cards
Payment of initial deposits and entire rental fees may be made by personal check or Credit Card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Special Terms
*Extended Stay Reservations - For reservations of 3 weeks and longer, a larger Security Deposit will be required. This varies by property and length of stay and may be assessed as a % of the rental fee, a portion of which may be credited toward the rental fee at the time it becomes due.
Directions & Keys
Upon receipt of full payment, you will receive our Rental Receipt and Directions Letter. This will provide you with driving directions from Lihue Airport to your property, along with the code to the lock box containing the key, located at the front door of the home. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a..m. to 5:00 p.m. (Hawaii time); however, a number will be provided for use in the event of an after hours emergency.

This is one of Princeville's most stunningly beautiful homes with views from every window. Light, bright, open and airy. Sunsets were particularly beautiful.
Home was completely furninshed and appointed.
