This vacation home is located on beautiful Diamond Lake with boating, fishing and water sports at your dock. Situated adjacent to a natural wooded area nestled at the end of a small lane, Powell Point is a quiet and secluded haven surrounded by mature trees and an abundance of natural beauty.
The bi- level, four bedroom, two-bath home can sleep eight to ten in comfort and has two large family rooms with a beautiful view. Two equiped kitchens will allow you the convience of preparing meals at home, whether it be a gourmet affair indoors or an outdoor barbeque on the grill. Amenites abound at Powell Point, including laundry facilities, linens, cooking utensils, and kitchen appliances. A large deck, lawn furniture, and large yard will complete this relaxing environment.
Diamond Lake is the largest lake in Southwest Michigan, over 1000 acres of open water. The lake offers boating, fishing, other water sports. There is a marina on the lake and public access to launch your boat. Bring your kayaks and expore the bays and channels around the lake. Play a round of golf on one of the nearby courses or hike against a backdrop of lakeside scenery. Near by you can visit Amish settlements or go antiquing or visit Notre Dame University or the College Football Hall of Fame in South Bend. All are within a 30-minute drive.
The rate includes use of all linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels) and a cleaning service when you depart. There will be, however, a deduction from your security deposit for any cleaning required such as carpet cleaning, spot removal, or other extraordinary cleaning or damages beyond normal usage or repair/replacement of items. |
Phone, cable TV and VCR plus videos, air conditioning, two full kitchens, linens provided, washer and dryer, large deck, lawn furniture, and Weber Grill. Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, eating and cooking utensils provided, coffee pot, and toaster.

Reguire a $400 security deposit to hold your reservation. THIS SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED AFTER YOUR STAY IF THINGS ARE FOUND AS THEY WERE WHEN YOU ARRIVED. You will receive a rental contract to be signed and returned by mail. The balance is due by personal check, cashier�s check, or money order, three weeks before your reserved date.
