Cable TVs in great room and bedrooms, two VCR's, two phone lines to handle computers or faxes. The master bedroom has queensize bed, television, en-suite bath with tub-shower combination and separate vanity and toilet areas. Located on the top level to capture the fabulous views. Bedroom 2 has queensize bed, television, a shared hall bath with tub-shower combination and separate vanity and toilet areas. Located on first floor. Bedroom 3 has optional kingsize or twin bedding plus two bunk beds with bottom bunks that funtion as sofas. This room can accommodate 5 guests or even 6 if one of the guests is a small child. Shared hall bath. Television and VCR enabling children to watch different programming than adults. Located on first floor. Study on middle level has double sofabed. Shared bathroom is on the first floor. All bedrooms have airconditioners. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Amenities within five or ten minutes include Wentworth Golf Course, Wildcat Tavern, Christmas Farm Inn and other restaurants. More restaurants and outlet shopping are available in North Conway 30 minutes away. Storyland and Heritage House are within 10 minutes and provide a fantasy experience for children. Hiking and rock climbing: 153 kilometer trails nearby connecting to the Appalachian Trail; 30 minute drive on Route 16 to Pinkham Notch entrance to the Tuckerman Ravine trail; pass Glen Falls on the way. Swimming at small public swimmin hole in creek five minutes away, and more swimming at Echo Lake twenty minutes away off West Side Road in the direction of North Conway. | In the event of cancellation, we would like to have the guest come another time. There are no refunds, except for the security deposit. |
| Please be careful using the fireplace and avoid removing ashes for twenty-four hours. |
| . We rent by the week from 10 AM Saturday to 3 PM Saturday and the rent is $1300 in summer, $1100 in fall, $1200 in winter and $1000 in spring, plus an 8% tax. Vacation weeks are $1500-1800. If we haven’t rented the week, we will rent the weekend for $600 for three days, two nights and $750 for four days, three nights. We also require a $200 refundable security deposit. To make a reservation, please notify me at (301) 229-8991 or by e-mail. After I receive your check, I will send a confirmation, rental agreement, directions and more information. The remainder is due six weeks before you come. When I receive it, I will send a key. I hope you can come to Mountain View! |
