1BR Duplex Unit is great for 2 adults and up to 2 children. Queen bed in bedroom, twin and sofabed in living room. Kitchen, fireplace, jetted tub in bath, deck in back and much more.
2BR Dupelx Unit is perfect for families of 2 adults and up to 3 children. Queen bed in bedroom, three twin beds in upstairs bedroom designed for children. Kitchen, dining area, living room w/fireplace, bath w/jetted tub. Upstairs has 1/4 for children. Note: Entire duplex may be rented for 8-10 people depending on ages of children. There is a 4th bedroom that may be added as well.
Our 3BR Houses are designed for larger families. Kitchen, dining area, living room w/fireplace, Bedroom #1 has queen bed, Bedroom #2 has two double and one twin, Bedroom #3 had double and twin. Great units and perfect location. Sleeps 6 adults or families up to 8.
Rent both sides of the duplex and both houses for 20-26 people. Great for reunions or families vacationing together.
These units have fireplace and most have jetted tub. Designed for famiilies. Many added amenites not usually found in Vacation Rentals properties. Please visit our website for further information and pictures. |
