| All cottages have fireplaces, completely equipped electric kitchens, and porch swings. Grounds include nature trail, game room, picnic area, stocked trout pond and spa and sauna bungalow. |

| For a one night stay, the deposit would be for one night. For longer visits, the deposit will be approximately half. Must be received within 7 days of the date the reservtion is made and will be confirmed by mail. |

| Cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival result in refund of the deposit less 10% administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in forfeiture. |
Deposits within 30 days must be in the form of either money order or certified bank checks. Personal checks may be sent outside of 30 days.
Balance is due at check in payable in either cash or travelers checks.

| We have one and two bedroom cottages with one bathroom priced at $90 and $110 per night. Our Romancer with jacuzzi and king bed is $140 per night. |
