| Full refunds with 72 hours advance notice of cancellation. Deposit, less 20% processing fee, is refunded if cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours before arrival. No refunds with less than 48 hour's notice unless the room is rented by another party. Your credit card will be charged for one night should you fail to notify us if you're not coming. |
