Cancellation Policy:
A. GUEST CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. If you cancel your reservation, the confirmation deposit will be held until the property has been booked and confirmed for the same rental period for the same rate. There are NO exceptions. If the property is reserved for only part of the rental period or for less rent for the reserved days, the deposit will be refunded minus any uncollected rent for the rental period. All guest cancellations are subject to a cancellation-processing fee of 10% of the rental rate ($100.00 Minimum).
B. A home that is unacceptable to the guest is considered a cancellation.
C. Island Realty may cancel a Reservation, if, in its sole opinion, it is in the best interest of the Owner.
D. Island Realty is not responsible for the weather or other Acts of God and there will be no refunds. |
Taxes and fees are not included in quoted rates. 11.5% State sales tax, State and local accommodations taxes and fees plus a 8% Reservation Fee are added to all quoted rates.
May 21-September 10, rentals are a full week minimum and will run from Sunday to Sunday only.
Daily Rates available with a three night stay minimum.
Arrival time is 4-7 PM - Departure time is 10 AM.
Renters are responsible for all telephone toll charges and if renting for 1 month or longer, renters are responsible for all utilities (Electric, Gas & Water) except Cable TV.
No smoking inside the house.
