| Relax on the farm! Wander through our 70-acre Hill Country paradise with a creek, magnificent views, farm animals, wildlife, and all the stars at night. |
| Each guesthouse is private, and has its own full kitchen with pots, dishes, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc., and a barbeque grill outdoors. All have kingsize beds. |
| Our own beautiful farm, as well as nearby wineries, the Guadalupe River for tubing and canoeing, and the historic towns of Comfort, Kerrville, Fredericksburg and Boerne. |

| Full refund, except for $10/night, if cancelled at least two weeks in advance, or later if we can rebook. Otherwise, $50 is kept for each night we cannot rebook. |
| Children are very welcome, but we cannot accommodate pets. |
$120/night per couple without breakfast (+$10 extra person).
For a one-night stay, add $20 Sunday-Thursday or $50 Friday-Saturday.
$600/week per couple (+$50 extra person).
Optional: Add $5/night per person for breakfast fixings in fridge, whichever days you like, for however many people you like. |
