Our upscale, ocean-oriented and newly renovated villas are conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes near the Fazio clubhouse. Only a short walk to the beach, golf courses, entertainment, and fine dining, these villas offer the conveniences of a home with the amenities of a villa. Centrecourt has its own pool only fifty yards from our villas and on site tennis maintained by the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center which currently rates in the world's top three.
The gracious interiors feature an open floor plan with a balcony overlooking a quiet lagoon (7806, 7807 & 7808) or landscaped wooded area (7833) which abounds with wildlife. Watch an egret wade in the water or a heron swoop down. Many surprises await your discovery. These decorator furnished villas are spacious, fully equipped, and are kept in excellent condition. They have 2 master bedroom suites, each with 2 queen beds, a make-up/dressing area, full mirror over the vanity, and separate bath. You'll have all the comforts of a well-appointed yet surprisingly affordable home.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
1.) Confirm your desired vacation date with us by e-mail or by telephone. We will then place a hold in the vacation period for 7 days to allow for mail delivery of the deposit. After 7 days we will open the period up for other reservations. If we are booked for your vacation dates, we will help you find accommodations by referring you to our Palmetto Dunes neighbors whose villas are available.
2.) Mail a deposit of 50% payable to Cheryl or Herb Gillette along with the number in your group and names of each guest requiring a vehicle pass. Address the envelope to 10366 Buglenote Way, Columbia, MD 21044.
3.) A confirmation letter will be sent as soon as the deposit is received.
4.) Full payment (including taxes) is due 14 days prior to the start of your vacation.
5.) Keys, directions, and a general information letter will be mailed after receipt of full amount due. You will pick up the vehicle passes when you enter the Palmetto Dunes Resort at the Security Office Pass-through behind the Fire Station on Queens Folly Road. |

| We will refund the deposit or full payment if our villa for some reason is unusable. If a renter needs to cancel we will try to fill the rented time. If we can rent the reserved time, we will reimburse the renter the amount paid minus a processing charge of $25. |
We do allow small, well-behaved pets. We ask for a $200 security deposit for pets - refundable if the cleaning crew tells us all is well. We have had very responsible pet owners to date. Their consideration has allowed us to continue with our pet policy. We keep an expandable gate in a closet so pet owners can gate their pets in the kitchen area while leaving the pet unattended. This prevents a frightened or startled animal from doing damage to the furnishings and from noticing the goings on out front which could cause barking and disturb other guests. So far we have been able to return all pet deposits in full because we have had no damage to the villas ever reported by the cleaning staff. In addition we do have a $10 cleaning charge that goes to the cleaning staff since they have told us that while the pets have not caused any damage, they do leave quite a bit of hair and that takes extra time to thoroughly clean up.
Smoking is permitted on the deck but not inside the villa. This enables all guests to be comfortable including those who are sensitive to smoke. If you do smoke please close the glass door so smoke does not enter the villa. |

We enjoyed sunrise walks on the beach, golf, tennis, and pool side swimming. Wow what a vacation. Not sure when we will get back to Hilton Head but we will keep your condo's on the top of our list!! We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. Our family had not been to South Carolina before and it is simply beautiful. There was so much to do and many things to see. Our youngest daughter plays high school varsity tennis and met a girl who would be playing tennis at St. Mary's school in Indiana. They played tennis and really enjoyed it. We tried to take advantage of about everything. It was great to come back to your condo and rest and relax. It was pretty hot while we were there, but we checked each day to see if we could see the alligator. Happy to say we never saw him.
The beaches in South Carolina are simply gorgeous. We met friends that were staying on Fripp Island and explored that island. We also ventured to Hunting Island, climbed the lighthouse to see out over the island, and enjoyed their beach.
We have vacationed in Florida many times, because our family loves the beaches and warm weather. I am not sure we will be traveling to Florida after visiting South Carolina

I wanted to let you know what a lovely, lovely time we had at your condo! What a great location for everything. We really enjoyed our stay. We saw a great blue heron land at the wooden dock across the lagoon nearly EVERY DAY we were there. I think he's a "regular" there and the fishing is good. We saw him catch lots of fish. Now that I really notice, your website does have a big heron as the first graphic. I just didn't expect such a treat so often. Alexander's Restaurant is SO close and such an easy walk, and it's such GREAT food. We took my dad there for his 70th birthday and it was great - I saw that walkway behind Alexander's and we walked it home just to see where we'd end up. DUH! We ended up IN Centercourt. We didn't realize the connection bridge was RIGHT IN THE COMPLEX! Cool. And the little general store is right across the street from Alexander's which was a nice place to get a newspaper and cappuccino, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. We were thankful that Hurricane Floyd did not rob us of our vacation. There was some damage to a couple of Centrecourt villas from falling trees but your villa was not effected. We found the villa very comfortable and are already looking forward to our vacation in it next year. We have stayed all over the island (Sea Pines, Barrington Park, Water Oaks, South Forest Park) and we all agreed that we like the location and layout of your place the best.

We took your suggestion and had our last meal at Alexander's and the flounder was delicious. No blue herons but we did have a snowy egret join us.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condominium was lovely and in an ideal location. Everything was much more convenient than when residing iat Sea Pines.
We tried to keep the condo as if it were our own. Spike, our little schnauzer, was on his best behavior.
