| Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the rental property is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the property is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. |

Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks.

13% tax, $1.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)
Departure Maid Service is available upon request for 1-5 bedroom properties. If Departure Maid Service is not ordered there will be an Inspection Fee added to each reservation made: 1 bedroom $10; 2 bedrooms $20; 3-4 bedrooms $25 and 5 bedrooms $30. Departure Maid Service is required on all 6 bedroom or larger properties and is automatically added to rental amount.
Linen packages are available at a fee of $35 + tax per bed.
