| When we are able to book resort accommodations to satisfy your needs, we will e-mail you a detailed listing of resort amenities. |
When we are able to satisfy your needs as to
location, we will e-mail you reviews of the
resort and list attractions in the area, and
amenities at that particular resort.

If we are able to cancel the booking or obtain
another rental, we will offer a refund or
alternate booking - less any costs incurred
due to cancellation fees we need to pay to
the resort.
Timeshare resorts have limited availability
and often do not allow us to make last-minute\
cancellations. |
We ask for payment in advance.
We e-mail you an agreement, which you can
fill out and send back with your check. |

We are individuals who own a number of timeshares.
We can not always use them, so we make them available to you - and at reasonable prices!
Most are 2BR/2BA. Full kitchens. All linens
and towels supplied. Cable TV. Fully furnished.
Resort amenities. Walk in the front door -
relax, unpack, enjoy!
