| This Inn is a magnificently restored 1889 Victorian home furnished with antiques. Each uniquely decorated guest room has a private bath ensuite, designer linens and plush towels for your comfort. Most rooms have comfortable chairs for reading and relaxing. All rooms have telephones, color cable televisions, hairdryers and clock radios. Some rooms have fireplaces. In the summer all guest rooms are airconditioned. |
| When you are not in your room, enjoy the roaring fire in the woodburning fireplace in our parlor, read a book or magazine from our well stocked library or watch the sunset from the wraparound front porch. Enjoy a homebaked cookie and a cup of tea each afternoon. |
| Museums, antiquing, skiing, hiking, biking, all water sports, fishing, ice skating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, outlet shopping, fine dining, relaxing, golf, tennis, horsebackriding, kayaking, canoeing and of course, seeing the fall foliage. The Inn is centrally located in the heart of the Green Mountains and within an hour's drive in any direction you will be able to see most of the attractions Vermont has to offer. |
| We require a deposit of 50% of the total anticipated charges, but not less than one night's stay. The deposit can be paid by check or major credit card. |

| Refunds of deposits less a $20 service charge cheerfully made if notice is given 7 days in advance. During holiday periods and fall foliage we require 30 days notice for a full refund less the service charge. In case of a shortened stay the deposit is used first against the unused nights. |
| The Inn is completely non smoking. We do not allow pets of any kind. Well behaved children are welcome. There is a two night minimum during the Fall foliage, Christmas week, President's week and on most weekends. Some three day weekends require a three night minimum. |
| All rates include a three course gourmet breakfast and afternoon tea. Rates vary depending upon season and weeknight versus weekend. |
