On the beach you will find an area for relaxing or dining hand-crafted in brick and tile featuring a built-in wet bar and barbecue. In the garden tucked amidst tropical flowers and trees there is a garden shower to cool and refresh yourself while soaking in the rays and a garden spa for a soothing water massage under the stars at night.
ARRIVING ON ISLAND: The small island of St. John is serviced by the Cyril King Airport (STT) on St. Thomas. Have the taxi dispatcher direct you to the vehicle taking the most direct route to the Red Hook ferry dock. If other passengers are being dropped off along the way the 45 minute ride may take a bit longer -- but no need to worry as the 20 minute ferry to Cruz Bay, St.John departs every hour 'til midnight. Your host will greet you at the ferry dock, help you with your car rental, answer any questions you might have and direct you to your villa. A fine bottle of wine and a packet of fine Caribbean Gold Coffee will be waiting for you there to help you settle in.
Coral Bay Villa Siempre is located just a couple of miles further out towards Salt pond. Although the villa is secluded there are several restaurants, beaches, island markets and art & gift shops that are convenient to it. Below is a listing of places found on the east end of the island for frequenting without having to drive to Cruz Bay.

Inside Features: Air-conditioned living area with VCR, cable TV, and stereo; air-conditioned bedroom; custom tiled and fully appointed bath; kitchen with all the necessary conveniences including microwave; and laundry facilities. Outside Features: Arched balcony with extraordinary view; garden spa, garden shower, shell & coral beach, beachside area with barbecue and wet bar, and a delightful grassy overlook with lounge chairs. Also: beach chairs, cooler, and linens. Extra: Maid service is available upon request.

Miss Lucys (693-5244) The closest restaurant to the Villa offers beach side dining with delicious West Indian side dishes. With the exception of Monday Lunches and dinners are served throughout the week. Sunday mornings they offer brunch with live jazz and once a month they have a full moon party with music and dancing.
Shipwreck Landing (693-5244) This open aired restaurant & bar is just a little further along towards Coral Bay serving dishes ranging from hamburgers and fries to fresh local fish and
delicious juicy steaks. Be sure to ask for their Bushwhacker, a decadent blender drink that tastes much like a milkshake but definitely made for adults. Often there is music in the evenings and sometimes a jamming session. While you are at Shipwreck Landing be sure to visit the shops there ... you will find original island wear, T-shirts screen printed on location, and a variety of unique treasures to keep or give as gifts.
Island Blues, (776-8800) is the happening place in Coral Bay..a shore side restaurant & bar, is open to lively sea breezes and local color.. An incredibly creative chef prepares delicious daily specials beside their regular menu which includes a great daily soup, sandwiches, fresh and interesting salads , quesadillas and and the biggest and best burger around. Call for fun and great music nights -jazz plus-and Sunday afternoons-reggae!
Island Blues has a great logo and now has tee shirts for men& women, cool caps and more for sale.
P & B cafe: One of the two spots to have breakfast on this side of the island. Very reasonable and very good. Wednesday and Friday evenings it becomes the local pizza joint, serving a variety of very tasty pizzas you can eat there on the back patio or take back to the villa with you.
Lily's Market in the fabulous Cocoloba market Center in Coral Bay- boasting great boutiques, a new' NY deli eating place and an open air restaurant and bar! Keep me Posted is your place for internet and mail connections
Love City Market: a small grocery & liquor store with a broadening selection of frozen meats and fresh or frozen vegetables. . ....................................................................
Take your camera and drive up the mountain to the Bordeaux lookout where you will enjoy the finest view of Coral Bay. Also there you will find Chateau Bordeaux well known for its spectacular views and fine gourmet meals. (776-6611) and the store, Tutu Tango, featuring island made jewelry, straw hats, sunglasses and many other intriguing items.
Skinny Legs Bar & Grill: (779-4982) You haven't experienced the island if you haven't had one of Skinnies famous burgers. This is one of the locals favorite spots for food and fun.
On your way to or from the North Shore beaches be sure to stop for refreshments at Columbo's Cafe located directly where Centerline Road and the North Shore Road meet. The sandwiches are great and some say the smoothies are the best on the island.

Booking this Private Vacation Villa for Your Virgin Islands Vacation: Fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of your villa rental is required for booking. You have NEVER seen the view like this one! I cannot find the words to describe it- it is all I've ever dreamed of! Wonderful villa- very stylish and very beautiful. Great architecture and the best location on St. John. We had an amazing time there last week and will definitely recommend to ALL my friends and family! and will hope to come back again. I have to tell you that the owner of this villa is very hospitable - he meets you at the dock and tells you ALL you need to know about villa and the island! THANK YOU so much for having our stay the best vacation we've ever had!
