CROSSWINDS is a charming fully air-conditioned St. Thomas villa set high on a cliff with superb sea views at Estate Peterborg on the north side of the island. The property comprises a main house and a guest cottage with air-conditioned bedrooms. The design of the main house features a pleasing bi-level floor plan. The main floor features living, kitchen and dining areas and an a/c bedroom with twins (or king) with ensuite bath and private deck and stairs leading down to the cliffside pool and deck area. Just off the pool deck is a spacious bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bath with balcony and great view. The interiors are very bright, cheerful and colorful. The guest cottage, 75 feet from the main house via a garden walkway, has its own kitchen, queen bedroom area and alfresco bathroom with shower. The private swimming pool measures 10 x 20 x 7 ft and is 9ft deep with no shallow end.
Maid service is included once a week.

Cancellations must be in writing and received at least 60 days prior to occupancy date at which point refunds of 80 percent of your total payment will be refunded less any charges incurred in the cancellation.
