This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom luxury town home is nestled in the trees [hence the name Treeline]. Ski into the complex after a hard day on the slopes and enjoy the touch of heated slate floors, burber carpet, A crackling fire and the open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. Whether you arrive with the family or a group of pals you'll appreciate the 3 floors of separation, the comfortably modern furniture and the cozy beds. Best of all you'll enjoy the quiet , safe environment Treeline offers.
Main Floor
Townhome means entrance at the street level, no elevators here. Easy to bring in luggage, skis and groceries. Main floor features mad room entrance with ski storage and plenty of closet space, bedroom with tri-bunk [two bottom -one top] All beds are top quality with cozy duvets for guaranteed comfort. All rooms in the townhome feature individual electric heat control and windows can be manually opened for your comfort. Berber carpeting in all bedrooms. Across from the bedroom is a half bath, stocked with towells, facecloths and shampoos. An iron and ironing board as well as a hairdryer is supplied.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, all dishes and cutlery. Off the kitchen is a dining room table seating up to 8 and a confortable living room with vaulted ceiling, wood burning fire place [we supply firelogs] tv, dvd and stereo in addition to quick connect internet access. Sliding glass doors lead you out to a deck with chairs and a propane bbq.
Lower Floor
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs serviced with a good sized bathroom with double showers and fully stocked toiletries. One bedroom features a queen bed and the second, two single beds, again with comfortable duvets. The laundry has stacked washer and dryer, stocked with laundry soaps.
Top Floor
Featuers a large master bedroom with tv and phone with ensuite bathroom with heated slate floors and a jacuzzi soaker tub-shower combination.

A large ceramic hot tub with change rooms services the complex, steps from your door. Treeline is known as a safe, quiet family orientated complex, this unit at the end of the cul de sac, where the kids can play safely.
Secured undergroung parking is free. There are 8 visitor stalls - 1st come 1st served basis. |
Treeline is a beautifully modern townhome complex in a ski in location off Blackcomb Mountain, just a 15 minute walk to Whistler Village or FREE shuttle bus ride [comes every 6 minutes] to the mountain or the Village.
This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom sleeps up to 10 guests and features wood blinds, heated slate floors, TV's, DVD, wireless internet connection, wood burning fireplace, serviced by secure underground parking and large outdoor ceramic hot tub and the most comfortable beds covered with cozy duvets on each bed.
If quiet at night is what you're looking for after a hard day on the slopes, Treeline has it, out of the earshot of the village noise and BETTER than slope side, away from the beep, beep of the all night snow groomers. Come and ski to your door and enjoy the good life Treeline has to offer.

| To reserve please e-mail kerry@whistlerliving.com. The deposit to reserve is one nights rent plus GST and the 160 cleaning fee and the 500 security deposit. I accept all major credit cards, cheque, bank draft or wired funds [e-mail me for details]. The reservation is not firm until the deposit has been received. The remainder of the funds are required 60 days before arrival. |

If you cancel 60 days or earlier prior to your arrival, we will make our best efforts to re-rent the unit, if not successful you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancell after full payment has been made, we will again
make every effort to re-rent but if unsuccessful, the whole amount is forfeited.

Check in is 4pm-Check out is 10am - exceptions only with permission.
House Rules - No smoking in the unit [ok on the deck] and no shoes in the unit please. Do not rearrange the furniture.
Noise -Treeline is a quiet at night place, disturbing the neighbours is not permitted.
Hot tub closes at 10pm.
Pets are permitted if well behaved and walked regularly.
Maximum is 10 in the townhome, but I have a comfortable blow up queen bed that can be put in the living room if need be.

sun, deals on the mountain and beautiful corn and powder skiing.

infractions and fines, or loss of keys or garage door opener or parking pass.
