The den has been converted into a second bedroom, with a triple bunk [1-top, 2-bottom], serviced by a full bathroom across the hall.
The master bathroom has a queen bed with ensuite full bathroom.
The open style kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining room room seating 6 and a living room with double pullout sofa, completing the floorplan.
The living room includes gas fireplace, tv, vcr, stereo leading to your private outdoor deck with fabulous views of the ski runs.
This condo is set up for the budget minded, set up to sleep 7 guests, at a price that you will find hard to beat.

Towells, facecloths, soap and shampoo are all provided for your convenience.
A coin laundry is situated one floor above.
Free parking for 1 car [stall 141 on the right just after you enter] in a designated secured underground stall is included. There are 8 visitors stalls underground.
The front desk is manned 24 hours a day, in case you arrive late or check out early.
All bedding, linens and comfey duvets are included.

| Market Place is known as Village North, an extention of the main Village of Whistler, a key fact because the location offers all the conveniences of village life, with steps to shops, restaurants, ammenities and the ski lifts. Another key feature of this unit is its location in the building, on the quiet side of the street. For your convenience, the large outdoor hot tub with change rooms is right up the back stairs, just a few steps way. |
| To reserve please e-mail kerry@whistlerliving.com. The deposit to reserve is one nights rent plus GST and the 160 cleaning fee and the 500 security deposit. I accept all major credit cards, cheque, bank draft or wired funds [e-mail me for details]. The reservation is not firm until the deposit has been received. The remainder of the funds are required 60 days before arrival. |

If you cancel 60 days or earlier prior to your arrival, we will make our best efforts to re-rent the unit, if not successful you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancell after full payment has been made, we will again
make every effort to re-rent but if unsuccessful, the whole amount is forfeited.

House Rules - No smoking in the unit [ok on the deck] and no shoes in the unit please.
