| This is a new 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Pool home that sleeps 10 in comfort and has been put together with lots of love, which accounts for the "special little touches." We have several homes with this floor plan. Homes are located in the Greater Groves neighborhood off of Highway 27 North, just 2 miles north of Highway 192 West. The resort community has sidewalks, street lights, children's playground, tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, and an Olympic-size community pool. Travel to the Disney World Resort via Highway 192 is only 8 miles. Overlooking the pool is the family room which has 2 large comfy sofas that you just sink into. Once comfortable you can watch the 31" TV. Off this room is a formal dining area. The kitchen has everything you could need, and is fully equipped for 8 people. The home also has a laundry room with a family sized washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms consist of one master suite with a king size bed, a queen-size bed and two twin-size beds. Outside is a large lanai with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining and plenty of space to sunbathe either on comfortable chairs or sun beds. The screened pool measures 30' x 16" with a shallow end for non-swimmers and a large area at the deep end. |

$200 refundable security deposit PLUS $20 non-refundable processing fee are required to confirm a reservation. This cost is in ADDITION to the Rental Fee.
Full payment for the rental unit must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received by the due date and no other arrangements have been made with the management company it will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
All payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, bank draft, cashier's check or personal check. |

Reservations of less than 5 nights require a cleaning charge of $68.00 in addition to the rent.

The interior of all homes is Non-Smoking.
Cigarette smoking must be confined to the pool deck or outside areas. |
