The busline is a half block away, and the cottage provides one off street parking spot. This cottage is equipped with a full kitchen and all its amenities, cable TV, CD, Broadband with WIFI (bring your laptop) A spiral staircase leads to a loft bedroom. There is a full bath with shower featuring a whirlpool bath. French doors lead to a private deck with BBQ. The grounds are full of vintage trees, flowers in a soothing atmosphere. |

| Because of its central location in Seattle, Downtown, Pioneer Square, the waterfront, International Dstrict, Ferries to the Island of Bainbridge or the Kitsap Peninsula at Bremerton,many parks such as Lake Washington, Volunteer Park and the Arboretum. Canoes or kayak can be rented on Lake Washington or Lake Union. There are tennis courts and track at Seattle University. Broadway and the Capital Hill Scene are within a mile.Downtown restaurants and the Pike Place Market are a short busride. The Seattle Art Museum and the Seattle Asian Art Museums are easy to get to. |
| One half of the rental is the deposit, due 60 days before arrival. The balance is due two weeks before arrival along with the $75.00 outcleaning fee. |

| Cancellations: a 60 day notice is required. Changes that result is shortened stay should be made 6o days before arrival date. Early Departure does not warrant any refund of your rent or deposit. |
Check in time is after 3 PM West coast time. CHeck out is 11 AM
Non smoking on the entire property.
No pets
All debris, rubbush and recycling are to be placed in proper dumptster.
We recycle paper, glass vegetable matter and certain plastics.
Maximim occupancy is two persons.
Balance of the rent is due 14 days before arrival.
MINIMUM STAY is two nights
